Who we are

What we collect and why
When you email us, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and products. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf, such as our email provider. They process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our reasonable business records, after which we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@ferantos.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
